Terms and conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Olam Hasefer and any person making a purchase on hasefer.fr.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Olam Hasefer reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is processed securely through our payment provider, PayPlug.
5. Delivery
Olam Hasefer delivers in France and internationally. Delivery times are provided as an estimate at the time of order.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
7. Disputes
These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
